We're holding an information session on Saturday 19 September at 5:00pm, both in the studio and online. We'll share the plans for the retreat, including the itinerary, yoga program, accommodation, travel, costs and what to expect, with plenty of time for questions.
Coming to the information session doesn't commit you to joining the retreat. It's simply an opportunity to find out more, ask all your questions and see whether this adventure is for you.

Reflections On Taiwan Retreat 2026: What Made The Retreat So Special
For the past three years we've taken students from Marrickville Yoga Centre on retreat to Taiwan. This year's retreat brought together everything we loved about our previous visits while allowing us to explore new places and deepen the experience.
One of the great gifts of a yoga retreat is the opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, immerse yourself in practice and place, and share the experience with a supportive community.

BENDALONG WINTER RETREAT 2027
The group had such a lovely time this year that we have already booked for 2027.
Join Hasu for four days of yoga on the beautiful South Coast. Enjoy daily practice, time to relax by the ocean, and delicious meals prepared by Matina, with both brunch and dinner included throughout the retreat.
Retreat Dates
Sunday 22 – Thursday 26 August 2027
Bendalong is approximately a 3 hour drive from Sydney. The caravan park sits right on the beach, surrounded by lush bushland, making it a beautiful setting for a few days away.
Accommodation
Accommodation is organised separately by participants through the Bendalong Holiday Haven.
