Beginners Timetable
All Beginners classes are 60 minutes long.
Weekly Class Times:Tuesday – 7:30pm
Thursday – 7:30pm
Saturday – 11:00am
Sunday – 4:00pm

Beginning Class FAQ
Do I need to bring anything?
No, we have all the equipment at the centre. If you are able to bring your own yoga mat, we encourage students to do so.
What do I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that you can freely move in.
Have have a significant injury or chronic illness, is beginners suitable for me?
Unfortunately, our beginners’ classes may not be the best fit for you. We recommend considering our Yoga Therapy classes instead. You’re also welcome to reach out via email to discuss your specific needs.
I’m pregnant, is this class suitable for me?
The Begin Classes are NOT suitable for people who are pregnant. We unfortunately do not offer pre-natal classes at the centre. Pregnant persons are encouraged to consider our Yoga Therapy classes.
