Three Day Online Retreat with Simon

Join Simon for a three-day online retreat from the comfort of your own space. Students are encouraged to find a quiet, comfortable spot to fully immerse themselves — all sessions are held online.

With retreats becoming increasingly expensive and difficult to access, this online option offers an affordable way to experience a full yoga immersion.

Retreat Schedule:

  • Friday: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

  • Saturday: Pranayama 6:30 am – 7:00 am, followed by 9:00 am – 11:00 am, and 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

  • Sunday: 8:00 am – 10:30 am

All sessions will be recorded and available for two weeks after the retreat.

Set aside time and find a quiet space to fully immerse yourself in your practice, creating a personal retreat from daily life.

Basic equipment needed includes a mat, bricks, a chair, a bolster, and blankets.

The retreat is suitable for experienced practitioners who regularly practice inversions (headstands, shoulder stands, or their alternatives) and are familiar with backbends and pranayama.

The teaching style will be led practice, guiding you through each session.
