Our Studio in Marrickville has over 20 classes per week from beginner to experienced classes. We have therapy classes for students that are working with injuries or medical conditions, which are by appointment only. We regularly run workshops for beginner students and from time to time have workshops for more experienced students. We run a teacher training course for students that are looking to deepen their understanding of yoga and those looking to become teachers.
