2 Week Unlimited Pass

Our 2 Week Unlimited Pass is intended for students new to the studio and provides the opportunity for them to try Iyengar Yoga at MYC, including different class types and different teachers. It’s not intended for students who already attend classes at the studio or have done classes with us before.

The pass is great value and allows you to attend unlimited classes for a period of 2 weeks. Further details for this pass are provided below.

  • What classes are included?

    The following classes can be attended using this pass:

    • Backcare,

    • Early Rise,

    • Experienced Led Practice,

    • Foundation,

    • General,

    • Neck & Shoulders,

    • Restorative, and

    • Seniors.

  • What classes are excluded?

    This pass excludes the following classes on our schedule:

    • Beginner Courses,

    • Private Yoga Therapy classes,

    • Workshops, and

    • Online classes.

  • Is it suitable for beginners?

    Since Beginner classes are not included in this pass, it’s not suitable for students with no prior yoga experience. For these students, we recommend that you try one of our 4-week Beginner Courses. Further information can be found on on Beginner Classes page.

  • Do I need prior experience?

    Ideally students will have a minimum of 6 months prior yoga experience. This could be at another Iyengar Yoga studio and could also be experience with another style of yoga. We encourage students from other styles of yoga to purchase this pass to try Iyengar Yoga at MYC.

  • How much experience is required for each class type?

    Six months yoga practice, with no prior experience with inversions for these classes:

    • Backcare,

    • Early Rise,

    • Foundation,

    • Neck & Shoulders,

    • Restorative, and

    • Seniors.

    One years consistent practice, and ideally some experience with inversions including Headstand (Salamba Sirsasana) and Shoulderstand (Salamba Sarvangasana).

    • General.

    Two year’s consistent yoga practice and able to comfortably do inversions including Headstand (Salamba Sirsasana), Shoulderstand (Salamba Sarvangasana), Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana) and Forearm Balance (Pinca Mayurasana).

    • Experienced Led Practice.

  • Can I purchase this pass when in Sydney on holidays?

    This pass is intended for students who live locally in inner Sydney.

    The pass is not intended for students who live outside of Sydney and want a short term pass whilst they are visiting Sydney on holidays.

    We ask that students bring identification to the studio eg license so we can confirm identity and residency.

  • How do I purchase a pass?

    Please select the “Buy” button below. Once you have purchase the pass, we will send you a welcome email and you can register for any of the classed mentioned above. We ask that you register for classes before coming to the studio.

    At the end of the 2 weeks we we will make contact with you to check how your experience was, and to advise your options to continue classes with us.
