1. Write ten simple points you would use to teach the following asana. List them in order you give them:
Adho Mukha Svanasana
Figure these out while practising the asana.
2. What asana (groups) would not suitable for a student who is pregnant. Give reasons why.
Use reference books to help find answers. Ask the teachers at the centre.
Ask students who have been pregnant and student at the centre.
Practise introductory sequence with someone else or group at least twice before next weekend (in August).
Once a week do a 20 min lying pranayama practise ujjiyi and viloma.
Attend four open practices at the centre, either alone or with others. (any practise)

Practise teaching sessions
As a group organise two or three teaching sessions at the centre suggested times Friday 5 pm or Saturday 5 pm
Teach two asana each one standing one forward bend, poses must be from the introductory sequence,
Standing asana taught twice on each side. Teach whole group shoulder stand.
Maximum time 15mins must stop teaching at this time.
One person keeps time.
