YOGA THERAPY
Yoga Therapy empowers and supports individuals to manage their health issues and develop their own yoga practice. During Yoga Therapy sessions, teachers and trainee teachers work closely with individual students to design and administer a program specifically addressing their concerns. The specialist class setting allows extensive use of props and detailed sequencing, ensuring that students gain the most benefits from yoga in spite of injury or illness.
