Investigation & Learning for teachers & practitioners.
These sessions are intended to connect the practitioner to adapted poses in their own practice.
There is an aspect of inquiry, investigation and learning to these classes rather than a sequence or a lecture. This class runs on select Thursdays throughout the year and is not part of the Online Membership. Students need to book separately for these sessions.
