Open Practice Spotlight: Margot on Monday afternoons.

What do you like about this time?
It can be quieter compared to class times & less people come in the afternoon it seems.
What do you normally practice?
It depends how I am feeing and or my body is feeling.
What do you find the difference is for you between coming in and doing a practice, and coming to a class?
I have more time to spend on things I’ve been shown in a class by the teachers & can practice them in my own time & space which you would not be able to do in class time. Getting access to the books & other resources helps my practice too. Finally, the peace & space to do it in helps me focus more.
Do you attend any other Open practice times at The Centre?
Yes, depending on my schedule in being a part-time student at TAFE in the City I have done Thursdays (11-3pm) Saturday (3-6pm) or Sunday (11-3pm). Recently did Friday (1-8pm). Coming into Summer I am wanting to come to the 7:30am of a weekday so I can do something before going to morning classes.
