Lunchtime classes are no longer on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There is now a Monday class with Hasu, a Wednesday class with Sue and a Friday class with Robyn.

This workshop is designed to give students a more detailed study and understanding of this group of asana.
Backbends are a very important part of our asana practice, keeping the spine strong and flexible.
Backbends also provide an important psychological benefit, helping to invigorate and energise us and in turn providing a positive and less fearful outlook on life.
This workshop will provide students with techniques and skills to confidently approach this group of asana.
Suitable for experienced level 1 students and above.
