All you need for any class is comfortable clothing, yoga tights or yoga pants.
All yoga equipment is provided and change rooms are on site.
Drop in to purchase a $15 casual pass for use on the day.
Who Can Attend?
Our lunchtime classes are suitable for all levels including Foundations students.
Not suitable for pregnant women or people with health concerns or major injuries.
Let the yoga teacher know if you have any injury or health condition, and they will adjust your practice and give you appropriate advice about the best yoga in your circumstances.

Do I need to bring anything? No, we have all the equipment at the centre.
What do I wear? Wear comfortable clothing that you can freely move in.
I have an existing injury. Can I still come? Let the yoga teacher know if you have any injury or health condition, and they will adjust your practice and give you appropriate advice about the best yoga in your circumstances. Students that have long term health conditions are encouraged to consider our Yoga Therapy classes and should contact the school prior to beginning yoga at the centre.
I am pregnant. Is this class suitable for me? Lunchtime classes may not suitable for students who are pregnant. We do not offer Pre-natal classes at the centre. Pregnant Students are encouraged to consider our Yoga Therapy classes.
How do I book? Bookings aren’t required of this class, so please turn up before noon on Monday, Wednesday or Friday to purchase a casual class pass.
My lunch break isn’t at noon, are there other options? For Foundations, we recommend joining our Foundations classes with a 6 week unlimited pass. We also offer General Classes and Advanced Yoga Studies for those that are more versed in Iyengar Yoga practice.
Current Class Times Lunchtime Yoga Classes run throughout the year on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 12noon to 1pm.
