Menstruation Workshop with Hasu

In this workshop you will explore in short, whether you have problems with regard to menstruation, conception or not, being a woman you have to respect your womanhood. During menstruation, you have to learn to rest physically and mentally. You have to learn to do Śīr@āsana and Sarvāngāsana properly which are often neglected. You have to adjust your whole month‘s programme.
You cannot be heedless. Remember that you are paying attention in order to avoid future problems. If you want to arrest common problems such as obstructions in conceiving, miscarriages, cysts, fibroids, bulkiness of uterus, thinness of uterus, pronation towards infection, then the format of above mentioned practice has to be adopted. You need to follow the rules and guidelines regarding your practice. You have to structure your practice properly. You have to pay attention to maintain your emotional balance through your practice. You should not physically exert your body just because you are able to do so. Your will power should not be exerted wrongly. Discriminative practice is the key for health. Remember what Patañjali says women‘s yogic practice during the physical and hormonal changes associated with menstruation. As the changes that take place in a woman‘s body impact her practice, you will gain an understanding of the sequences and asanas that are suitable during menstruation. In addition, you will learn about the guidelines that should be followed so that practice is structured properly and emotional and physical balance are maintained.
