We have a variety of class times and types. There are also recordings of selected classes available for replay at any time.

An Open Practice is for students to work on their own practice independently without a teachers guidance. Open Practices are a great way to begin to learn to practise by yourself, or some students come to practice together. Students use the space and props for their own practice. Students can use the time outside of class times to practice what they’re learning in classes, practice for a certain time or to support themselves through injury or illness. i.e. menstrual sequence or a restorative program. Therapy students can use the props to practice the sequences that are given to them in Yoga Therapy.
As part of the Collective, you can organise a time to meet Simon and Hasu at The Centre to work on your own Individual Program. Simon and Hasu put together a program, show you how to use the props for each asana and photograph the sequence for a reference for use in Open Practice. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to book.
Join in with a group.
As part of your Collective membership, you’re invited to join us on Wednesday & Friday mornings from 6.30 – 8.30 am for the group practices. We have students, teachers, and practitioners of all levels joining in these practices. You don’t have to practice balances or backbends, you are welcome to practice your variations, or do your own practice. It’s a wonderful opportunity to practice with other people and learn from each other.
