Our Beginners Courses are carefully designed to teach students the right foundations of Iyengar Yoga. Each class builds from the previous class, leading to gradual, steady development. The courses are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Our teachers are highly trained, and experienced in guiding students through these important first steps of yoga.
A slower paced beginners course.
The ideal starting point for people with no yoga experience, or people wanting to consolidate the basics. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The course will introduce yoga foundations and systematically build towards preparing students for level one.
If you miss your regular class it can be made up at another time during the term.Ask your teacher or contact the centre about arranging a time.
